Lemon Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 34 c confectioners sugar
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 12 c shortening
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon peel
Directions
- Mix sugar salt and egg
- Blend in syrup
- Add shortening vanilla lemon juice and lemon peel Mix until smooth and creamy
