Lemon Glazed Carrots
Ingredients
- 5 medium carrots
- 1 Tbsp margarine
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 18 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Quarter carrots or cut into small sticks
- Cook carrots in saucepan in a small amount of boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes or just until tender
- Drain and set aside
