Lemon Glazed Carrots

Ingredients

  • 5 medium carrots
  • 1 Tbsp margarine
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 18 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Quarter carrots or cut into small sticks
  2. Cook carrots in saucepan in a small amount of boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes or just until tender
  3. Drain and set aside
