Lemon Graham Cracker Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk, chilled
  • 1 small pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 c. boiling water

Directions

  1. Combine jello and water.
  2. Let cool but not set.
  3. Whip evaporated milk until thick in a large bowl.
  4. Add juice of 1 lemon. Beat in 3/4 cup of sugar.
  5. Add cooled Jell-O mix.
  6. Pour into 2 graham cracker shells.
  7. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or “sprinkles.”
  8. Place in refrigerator until set.
