Lemon Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 12 c sugar
- 34 c fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp grated lemon peel
- 2 qt 8 c whipping cream
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Combine sugar lemon juice and peel in large freezer container
- Slowly stir in cream and salt blending well
- Cover and freeze until firm outside but still soft in center
- Stir several times
- Freeze until firm
