Ingredients

  • 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 14 oz can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 c lemon juice
  • 8 oz Cool Whip

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. In large bowl beat egg yolks condensed milk and lemon juice
  3. Pour into pie shell
  4. Bake 30 minutes
  5. Cool then top with Cool Whip
  6. Refrigerate
