Lemon Jello Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c boiling water
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 34 c cooking oil
  • 12 c lemon juice
  • 2 c 10x sugar

Directions

  1. Mix Jell-O and water
  2. Cool
  3. To cake mix add 4 eggs oil and Jell-O water
  4. Beat as directed on box
  5. Put into Bundt pan
  6. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
  7. Poke holes in cake with toothpick
  8. Pour over cake a mix of 12 cup lemon juice and 2 cups 10x sugar
  9. Cool 25 minutes
  10. Flip and put on plate
  11. Sprinkle 10x sugar over the top
