Lemon Jello Pound Cake
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg lemon Jell-O
- 34 c boiling water
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines Deluxe II yellow cake mix
- 12 c Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp lemon flavoring
- 1 tsp almond flavoring
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Grease tube pan generously and flour Blend 34 cup water with lemon Jell-O
- Empty cake mix into bowl and blend in prepared Jell-O
- Afterward add oil mix thoroughly adding eggs separately and blending well each time
- Add flavorings blend well
- Remove cake from oven and invert on foil Top with icing
- Cover cake on foil until icing settles
