Lemon Jello Salad

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz box lemon Jell-O
- 23 c juice from pineapple
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1 c carrots cut in small pieces
- 23 c very hot water
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- 23 c evaporated milk
- 23 c crushed pineapple drained
Directions
- In blender mix Jell-O and water
- Add juice vinegar and milk
- Add cream cheese one piece at a time
- Add carrots and pineapple
- Pour in 2-quart mold and chill
