Lemon Jello Salad

Ingredients

• 1 3 oz box lemon Jell-O
• 23 c juice from pineapple
• 3 oz cream cheese
• 1 c carrots cut in small pieces
• 23 c very hot water
• 2 Tbsp vinegar
• 23 c evaporated milk
• 23 c crushed pineapple drained

Directions

1. In blender mix Jell-O and water
2. Add juice vinegar and milk
3. Add cream cheese one piece at a time
4. Add carrots and pineapple
5. Pour in 2-quart mold and chill
