Lemon Jello Salad
Ingredients
- 2 small packages of lemon jello
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 4 sliced bananas
- 1 cup reserved pineapple juice
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbs flour
- 1 cup whipped whipping cream
Directions
- Make jello according to directions
- Add bananas and drained pineapple and allow to set until firm
- Mix sugar egg and flour with reserved pineapple juice
- Heat carefully to boil and boil until thick
- Remove from heat and stir marshmallows into hot mixture
- Once topping has cooled fold in whipped cream
- Spread on top of jello
- Refrigerate until set
