Lemon Luscious Pie
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c milk
- 3 egg yolks slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp grated lemon peel
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 14 c lemon juice
- 14 c butter
- 1 c dairy sour cream
- 1 prebaked pastry shell
Directions
- Prepare and bake pastry shell
- In medium saucepan combine sugar and cornstarch mix well
- Stir in milk lemon juice and egg yolks cook over medium heat until thick stirring constantly Remove from heat
- Stir in butter and lemon peel
- Cool
- Fold in sour cream
- Spoon into cooled baked pie shell
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set
- Store in refrigerator
