Lemon Lush
Ingredients
- 12 c pecans
- 1 c self-rising flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 c confectioners powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 3 oz pkg lemon instant pudding you may use chocolate or your choice of pudding
- 3 c milk
Directions
- Layer 1
- For pie crust mix together 14 cup pecans flour and margarine melted
- Place the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish
- Spread out over dish with hand to make a crust Bake at 350 for 15 minutes
- Let cool completely
