Lemon Lush
Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 cube butter
- 12 c walnuts
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 1 c Cool Whip
- 2 small pkg instant lemon pudding
- 3 c cold milk
Directions
- Mix flour butter and walnuts
- Press into 9 x 13-inch pan Cook 15 minutes at 350
- Cool
- Beat cream cheese powdered sugar and Cool Whip together
- Spread over cool crust
- Mix lemon pudding and cold milk together to make third layer
- Top with thin layer of Cool Whip
- Sprinkle with nuts
- Refrigerate
