Lemon Melts

Ingredients
- 1 c butter
- 13 c powdered sugar
- 34 c cornstarch
- 1 c plus 1 tsp self-rising flour
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients
- Cream butter and gradually add dry ingredients
- Mix and chill 1 hour
- Roll into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Press with finger
- Bake 12 to 15 minutes in a 350 oven
