Lemon Meringue
Ingredients
- 6 egg whites
- 1 12 c sugar
- 1 12 tsp vanilla
- 1 12 tsp vinegar
- 1 12 lemons or 13 c lemon juice
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 12 Tbsp flour
- 34 c sugar
- 1 pt whipping cream
- 2 tsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
- Beat egg whites then add 1 12 teaspoons vanilla and vinegar then add 1 12 cups sugar gradually and continue beating Dont beat too stiff
- Cover back of a large cookie sheet with foil Spread egg white mixture over foil
- Bake at 300 for 1 hour Cool in oven with heat off and door open very gradually about 1 hour
