Lemon Or Lime Shimmer
Ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 12 c cold water
- 1 c boiling water
- 14 c lime juice or 13 c lemon juice
- 6 packets artificial sweetener
- 1 drop greenyellow food coloring optional
Directions
- In small bowl sprinkle gelatin over cold water let stand 1 minute to soften
- Add boiling water and stir to dissolve
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Pour into 2-cup mold or individual dishes
- Chill until set
- Makes 4 servings
