Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • juice of 4 lemons
  • vanilla wafer pie crust

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Separate eggs and beat yellows real well
  3. Add can of Eagle Brand milk
  4. Mix well and beat in lemon juice until thick
  5. Pour into vanilla wafer pie crust
  6. Add meringue and brown lightly
