Lemon Pie
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- juice of 4 lemons
- vanilla wafer pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Separate eggs and beat yellows real well
- Add can of Eagle Brand milk
- Mix well and beat in lemon juice until thick
- Pour into vanilla wafer pie crust
- Add meringue and brown lightly
