Lemon PieOld Family Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- rind of 2 lemons
- 2 heaping Tbsp flour
- 1 12 c water
- 3 egg yolks
Directions
- Mix flour and sugar together
- Beat egg yolks
- Mix all together and cook over boiling water until thick
- Put in baked pie shell
