Lemon Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

• 1 large can crushed pineapple
• 34 c sugar
• 1 small pkg lemon Jell-O
• 1 8 oz cream cheese in chunks
• 1 tub Cool Whip

Directions

1. Combine pineapple and sugar over heat
2. Bring to a boil and add the Jell-O boil 2 minutes
3. Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese
4. Cool completely
5. Fold in Cool Whip
6. Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan and chill overnight
