Lemon Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 34 c sugar
- 1 small pkg lemon Jell-O
- 1 8 oz cream cheese in chunks
- 1 tub Cool Whip
Directions
- Combine pineapple and sugar over heat
- Bring to a boil and add the Jell-O boil 2 minutes
- Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese
- Cool completely
- Fold in Cool Whip
- Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan and chill overnight
