Lemon Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 97 fat free yellow cake mix
  • 12 c sugar
  • 13 c vegetable oil
  • 14 c water
  • 1 c plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 c egg substitute
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seed

Directions

  1. Combine cake mix and sugar in large mixing bowl
  2. Add vegetable oil and next 4 ingredients
  3. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 6 minutes
  4. Stir in poppy seed
  5. Pour batter into a 10 count Bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray
  6. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean
  7. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes Remove from pan and drizzle with lemon glaze
