Lemon Salad Supreme

Ingredients
- 2 pkg lime gelatin
- 3 c boiling water
- 14 c lemon juice
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 c cut cooked chicken or flaked tuna
- 1 1 lb 3 oz can pineapple chunks drained
- 12 c toasted almonds
Directions
- Dissolve gelatin in water
- Add lemon juice and salad dressing and mix well
- Chill in refrigerator until mixture begins to congeal
- Beat well add remaining ingredients and mix
- Pour into lightly oiled 2-quart mold
- Chill until set
- Unmold on salad greens and garnish as desired
