Lemon Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 1 12 sticks oleo
  • 12 c lemon juice
  • 4 eggs

Directions

  1. Cook sugar oleo and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear
  2. Beat eggs to a yellow foam
  3. Add to other mixture
  4. Cook until mixture coats spoon
  5. Cool
  6. Store in refrigerator for up to 6 months
  7. Good served over Bread Pudding
