Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 c sugar
- 1 12 sticks oleo
- 12 c lemon juice
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Cook sugar oleo and lemon juice until sugar is dissolved and mixture is clear
- Beat eggs to a yellow foam
- Add to other mixture
- Cook until mixture coats spoon
- Cool
- Store in refrigerator for up to 6 months
- Good served over Bread Pudding
