Lemon Sauce Cake

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp soft oleo
• 14 c flour
• 14 c lemon juice
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 c sugar
• 3 eggs separated
• 1 12 c milk

Directions

1. Cream oleo and sugar
2. Add egg yolks
3. Stir in lemon juice milk and salt
4. Beat egg whites stiff
5. Add 12 cup sugar
6. Fold in first mixture
7. Bake 1 hour at 325
8. This cake makes its own sauce
