Lemon Snowdrops

Ingredients
- 1 c butter softened
- 12 c confectioners sugar
- 1 tsp lemon extract
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar add extract
- Sift together flour and salt add to creamed mixture and mix well Roll level teaspoonfuls into balls
- Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheets flatten slightly
- Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes
