Lemon Squares

Ingredients

• 1 c flour
• 12 c margarine
• 12 c sugar
• 2 eggs beaten
• 3 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 c confectioners sugar
• 1 Tbsp flour
• 12 tsp soda

Directions

1. Mix together 1 cup flour margarine and sugar well
2. Put into 8-inch square pan and bake 15 minutes at 350
3. Mix eggs lemon juice confectioners sugar 1 tablespoon flour and soda well and spread over crust
4. Bake 25 minutes more
5. Cool
6. Cut into squares and sprinkle with confectioners sugar
7. Yields 16 2-inch squares
