Lemon Supreme Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon supreme cake mix
- 1 pkg lemon instant pudding
- 1 c water
- 23 c Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
Directions
- Blend all ingredients in large bowl then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
- Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes until center springs back when touched lightly
- Mix 12 cup of lemon juice and 1 12 cups confectioners sugar and pour over cake while still in pan
- Let cake cool thoroughly before taking from pan
