Lemon Supreme Cake

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lemon supreme cake mix
• 1 pkg lemon instant pudding
• 1 c water
• 23 c Wesson oil
• 4 eggs

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in large bowl then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes
2. Bake in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes until center springs back when touched lightly
3. Mix 12 cup of lemon juice and 1 12 cups confectioners sugar and pour over cake while still in pan
4. Let cake cool thoroughly before taking from pan
