Lemon Surprise
Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 2 sticks butter or margarine softened
- 34 c chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 1 3 oz and 1 18 oz block cream cheese
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 1 9 oz container Cool Whip
Directions
- Combine flour butter and chopped nuts
- Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan glass
- Bake mixture at 350 for 30 minutes cool
- Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese
- Spread on top of cooled nut mixture
- Layer lemon pie filling on top Top with Cool Whip
- Refrigerate overnight
