Lemon Surprise

Ingredients

• 2 c flour
• 2 sticks butter or margarine softened
• 34 c chopped pecans or walnuts
• 2 c powdered sugar
• 1 3 oz and 1 18 oz block cream cheese
• 1 can lemon pie filling
• 1 9 oz container Cool Whip

Directions

1. Combine flour butter and chopped nuts
2. Spread on bottom of 9 x 13-inch greased pan glass
3. Bake mixture at 350 for 30 minutes cool
4. Combine powdered sugar and cream cheese
5. Spread on top of cooled nut mixture
6. Layer lemon pie filling on top Top with Cool Whip
7. Refrigerate overnight
