Lemon Tarts

Ingredients
- 1 large Cool Whip
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 1 large can crushed pineapple drained well
- 12 c pecans
- 12 c lemon juice concentrate bottle
- 30 small shells
- 14 c coconut
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients except pie shells and coconut adding lemon juice last
- Bake pie shells cool
- Put in cooled pie shells and sprinkle with coconut
