Lemon Tea Bread

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp butter softened
- 1 Tbsp chopped lemon balm or lemon verbena
- 1 Tbsp chopped lemon thyme
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 12 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest
- 14 tsp salt
- 34 c milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 c sugar
Directions
- Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch pan
- Preheat oven to 325
- Heat the milk with the herbs and let steep until cool
