Lemon Whip
Ingredients
- 60 Ritz crackers mash fine
- 12 c powdered sugar
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 small can frozen lemonade
- 12 oz Cool Whip
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
Directions
- Mix together and press in 9 x 13-inch pan the crackers sugar and margarine
- In bowl mix 1 small can frozen lemonade Cool Whip lemon juice and milk
- Beat with mixer and spread over crust
- Store and serve from freezer
