Lemon Whip Jello Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon jello
- 1 No 2 can crushed pineapple drain and save juice
- 2 small pkg cream cheese
- 12 pt whipping cream
- stuffed olives
- 12 c diced celery
Directions
- To jello add 1 cup hot water and juice from pineapple
- Place in refrigerator until it congeals
- Beat cream cheese into jello until smooth
- Fold in pineapple and diced celery
- Whip cream and fold into other mixture
- Spoon into molds
- Decorate with olives
