Lentil Loaf
Ingredients
- 1 c lentils
- 12 c chopped nuts
- 1 egg or substitute
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 12 c vegetable oil
- 1 12 c Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 medium onion chopped
- pinch of parsley flakes
- pinch of oregano
- salt to taste
Directions
- Boil lentils until well done
- Mix with other ingredients and bake in a shallow baking dish about 45 minutes at 350
