Lentil Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 c lentils
  • 12 c chopped nuts
  • 1 egg or substitute
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 12 c vegetable oil
  • 1 12 c Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • pinch of parsley flakes
  • pinch of oregano
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Boil lentils until well done
  2. Mix with other ingredients and bake in a shallow baking dish about 45 minutes at 350
