Lentil Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 oz kielbasa chopped
- 1 c green lentils
- 1 15 oz can tomatoes including juice
- 14 c chopped fresh parsley
- 7 c water
- salt and ground black pepper
Directions
- In a medium saucepan heat oil over medium-high heat Add onion
- Saute 3 to 4 minutes until translucent
- Add garlic and kielbasa
- Saute stirring 5 minutes until kielbasa is lightly browned
