LeotaS Fudge

Ingredients
- 3 c sugar
- 12 c light corn syrup
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 3 sq semi-sweet Bakers chocolate
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c pecans
Directions
- Mix syrup sugar milk and chocolate
- Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves
- Increase heat until soft ball stage is reached Add butter and put in cool water until mixture is lukewarm
- Add vanilla and beat until candy stands alone
- Add pecans and mix and turn into greased dish
