LeotaS Fudge

Ingredients

• 3 c sugar
• 12 c light corn syrup
• 1 c evaporated milk
• 3 sq semi-sweet Bakers chocolate
• 4 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 c pecans

Directions

1. Mix syrup sugar milk and chocolate
2. Stir over low heat until sugar dissolves
3. Increase heat until soft ball stage is reached Add butter and put in cool water until mixture is lukewarm
4. Add vanilla and beat until candy stands alone
5. Add pecans and mix and turn into greased dish
