Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

• 2 c lettuce shredded
• 1 medium carrot coarsely grated
• 1 medium apple coarsely grated
• 12 c raisins
• 12 c nuts chopped optional
• 12 c pineapple tidbits drained optional
• 12 c celery finely chopped optional
• 1 banana sliced and quartered optional
• 2 rounded Tbsp Miracle Whip
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 14 c cider vinegar
• 1 Tbsp milk

Directions

1. Mix together in bowl lettuce carrot apple and raisins
2. One or all of the optional ingredients may be added
3. In another bowl mix together Miracle Whip sugar vinegar and milk
4. Pour these ingredients over salad and toss until thoroughly covered
5. Serves 6
