Light And Creamy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 12 c cold milk
  • 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 3 12 c Cool Whip
  • 1 graham cracker pie shell

Directions

  1. Mix pumpkin milk pudding and pumpkin spice in small mixing bowl on low speed for 1 minute
  2. Fold in 2 12 cups of Cool Whip Spoon into pie shell
  3. Freeze until firm about 3 to 4 hours
  4. Top with Cool Whip and serve
  5. Great for holidays
