Light And Easy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 c nonfat cottage cheese
- 3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp butter flavored granules
- 12 c evaporated skim milk
- 12 tsp chicken flavored bouillon granules
- 12 tsp basil
- 14 tsp pepper
- 14 tsp red pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender process until smooth stopping once to scrape down sides
- Pour into a small saucepan
- Cook sauce over low heat stirring constantly until thoroughly heated
- Yields 2 12 cups
