Ingredients

  • 1 qt lukewarm water
  • 2 pkg yeast
  • 12 c sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 c oil
  • 12 c flour

Directions

  1. In large bowl dissolve yeast in 12 cup lukewarm water Stir in rest of water salt
  2. and
  3. sugar
  4. Add
  5. oil
  6. andstir Stir in as much flour as
  7. possible
  8. Placerest
  9. of
  10. flour on smooth surface
  11. saving
  12. the
  13. 12th cup
  14. Pour dough from bowl onto
  15. flour and
  16. knead
  17. Workin all the flour you can until smooth and silky
  18. Place dough in large well-greased container and
  19. cover with a cup towel
  20. Let rise until doubledRemove and
  21. knead
  22. in last cup of flour until smooth
  23. Form loaves or rolls
  24. and place in well-greased pan
  25. Turn oil side up cover and
  26. let
  27. rise until doubled
  28. Bake at 350 until brown 30 to 45 minutes
