Light Bread

Ingredients
- 1 qt lukewarm water
- 2 pkg yeast
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c oil
- 12 c flour
Directions
- In large bowl dissolve yeast in 12 cup lukewarm water Stir in rest of water salt
- and
- sugar
- Add
- oil
- andstir Stir in as much flour as
- possible
- Placerest
- of
- flour on smooth surface
- saving
- the
- 12th cup
- Pour dough from bowl onto
- flour and
- knead
- Workin all the flour you can until smooth and silky
- Place dough in large well-greased container and
- cover with a cup towel
- Let rise until doubledRemove and
- knead
- in last cup of flour until smooth
- Form loaves or rolls
- and place in well-greased pan
- Turn oil side up cover and
- let
- rise until doubled
- Bake at 350 until brown 30 to 45 minutes
