Light Brown Brownies

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 c sugar
  • 2 Tbsp cocoa
  • 13 c oil
  • 1 c sifted flour
  • 12 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • nuts if desired

Directions

  1. Add sugar to the eggs mix well
  2. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar and eggs
  3. Also add balance of ingredients except the nuts
  4. Mix just enough to blend thoroughly
  5. Add the nuts
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 325 for glass pan in greased pan
  7. Cut when slightly cool
