Light Hot N Sassy Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 12 c oatmeal crushed
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp liquid red pepper sauce
  • 3 chicken breasts split boned skinned and cut up into strips
  • light Ranch dressing

Directions

  1. Blend dry ingredients
  2. Place in shallow bowl
  3. Beat egg whites with pepper sauce
  4. Coat chicken strips with oats
  5. Dip in egg mixture and then in oats
  6. Place in broiler rack sprayed with Pam to coat
  7. Broil 4 inches from heat for 3 minutes
  8. Remove from oven turn over
  9. Spray with Pam
  10. Return to oven cook 2 to 3 minutes longer
  11. Serve with light Ranch dressing as dip
