Light Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 pkg yeast
- 12 c lukewarm water
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 c cold water
- 6 c flour plain
Directions
- Dissolve yeast in 12 cup lukewarm water
- Put sugar shortening and salt in container you are making rolls in
- Add 1 cup boiling water to mixture
- Stir until dissolved
- Add 1 cup cold water
- Stir in yeast mixture
- Beat egg and add to mixture Add flour 1 cup at a time stirring
- Cover and refrigerate
