Light Side Summer Fruit Pie

Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg jello any flavor
- 23 c boiling water
- 2 c ice cubes
- fruit optional
- 1 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust
Directions
- Dissolve jello completely in boiling water
- Add ice cubes and stir until jello is thickened about 2 to 3 minutes
- Remove any unmelted ice
- Using wire whisk blend in Cool Whip then whip until smooth
- Fold in fruit if desired
- Spoon into crust Chill 2 hours
- Strawberry jello and strawberries are great
