Light Trifle
Ingredients
- 1 16 oz container regular or light whipped topping Cool Whip
- 1 pkg 4 serving size instant vanilla pudding or sugar-free instant vanilla pudding
- 12 to 34 large 10-inch angel food cake cut into 2-inch cubes
- 2 c cold milk 2 or skim
- 14 c orange or orange pineapple juice
- 4 c assorted cut fruit such as strawberries cantaloupe kiwi raspberries
Directions
- Prepare instant pudding according to package directions
- Fold in half the whipped topping while pudding is still soft
