LilaS Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 5 eggs
- 1 12 c sugar
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 pkg instant butter pecan instant pudding
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions
- Beat eggs 1 minute Gradually add sugar then add remaining ingredients and pecans last Finish filling freezer with half and half
