LillianS Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked pie crust
  • 1 c dark corn syrup
  • 34 c sugar
  • 3 eggs slightly beaten
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 c pecans broken

Directions

  1. Boil syrup and sugar together for about 2 minutes
  2. Pour fine stream over eggs slowly stirring well
  3. Add vanilla and nuts Turn into unbaked pie shell and bake about 50 minutes at 275 or until done
