LillianS Salmon Soup
Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 qt milk
- 12 c flour
- 1 stick margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg oyster crackers
Directions
- Saute onion in butter until transparent not brown Add all flour and enough milk to blend Add salmon and mix
- Add the rest of the milk
- Allow to thicken
- Do not allow to boil Add oyster crackers
- Serve immediately
