Lima And Ham Salad
Ingredients
- 12 c buttermilk Ranch salad dressing
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen lima or baby beans cooked and drained
- 34 lb tiny new potatoes cooked and sliced
- 14 c sliced celery
- 14 c sliced green onion
- 2 Tbsp snipped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp snipped garlic chives
- 2 c snow peas or sugar snap peas cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 c chopped cooked ham
Directions
- Combine dressing beans potatoes ham celery green onion parsley and chives in a large salad bowl
- Cover refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight
- Before serving stir in snow peas or sugar snap peas
- To serve if desired place halved tomato slices on a platter
- Top the salad mixture or mound portions of salad on individual lettuce lined plates
- Makes 6 servings
