Lime-Pineapple Salad

Ingredients

• 1 pkg lime Jell-O
• 1 c hot water
• 14 c pineapple juice
• 1 c crushed pineapple drained
• 2 12 tsp horseradish
• 12 c mayonnaise
• 1 c cottage cheese

Directions

1. Dissolve Jell-O in hot water
2. Chill
3. Add remaining ingredients and let set
