Lime Broiled Catfish

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 14 tsp pepper
  • 14 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 catfish fillets
  • lime slices or wedges
  • fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Melt butter in saucepan
  2. Stir in lime juice salt pepper and garlic mix well
  3. Remove from heat and set aside
  4. Place fillets in a shallow baking dish
  5. Brush each fillet generously with lime-butter sauce
  6. Broil for 5 to 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork
  7. Remove to a warm serving dish
  8. Spoon pan juice over each fillet
  9. Garnish with lime and parsley if desired
