Lime Congealed Salad

Ingredients

• 1 envelope plain gelatin
• 2 pkg lime jello
• 2 c water
• 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1 c chopped pecans
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 12 c chopped celery

Directions

1. Boil water and add jello and gelatin
2. Stir until melted
3. Add cream cheese to hot mixture and dissolve well
4. Chill until partially congealed
5. Add rest of ingredients
6. Pour into mold and refrigerate
