Lime Congealed Salad
Ingredients
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 2 pkg lime jello
- 2 c water
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 c chopped pecans
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 12 c chopped celery
Directions
- Boil water and add jello and gelatin
- Stir until melted
- Add cream cheese to hot mixture and dissolve well
- Chill until partially congealed
- Add rest of ingredients
- Pour into mold and refrigerate
