Lime Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 12 sticks margarine
• 13 c confectioners sugar
• 1 Tbsp vanilla
• 2 Tbsp lime juice
• zest of 2 limes
• 1 34 c plain flour
• 2 Tbsp cornstarch
• 14 tsp salt

Directions

1. Cream margarine and confectioners sugar Add vanilla lime juice and zest of limes Combine flour cornstarch and salt Mix into butter mixture Roll batter onto wax paper Refrigerate Slice and bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350 Coat with confectioners sugar
