Lime Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 3 oz pkg lime gelatin
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c chopped cucumber
- 12 c chopped onion
- 12 c chopped celery optional
- 12 c chopped peppers optional
Directions
- Mix well the gelatin and boiling water
- Stir until slightly thickened
- Add remaining ingredients
- Pour into mold and chill
