Lime Flounder With Rice
Ingredients
- 1 c water
- 12 c lime juice
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp dill weed
- 1 12 lb flounder fillets
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 1 13 c water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 12 c Minute rice
Directions
- Mix 1 cup water lime juice sugar and dill weed in 8-inch square baking dish
- Measure 3 tablespoons and set aside
- Add fish to remaining lime juice mixture cover and refrigerate 2 hours
- Broil fish 4-inches from heat about 10 minutes or until fish is easily flaked with fork
